By accessing or using fashionBello (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, buyers, sellers, and brands who access or use the Platform.

• You are responsible for keeping your password and account confidential.

• Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings (photos, prices, descriptions, stock).
• Buyers agree to pay the listed price plus the 5% service fee at checkout.
• Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer and depend on the delivery company selected by the buyer, unless otherwise stated.
• fashionBello is a marketplace — we do not sell products ourselves.
• All orders are subject to the Refund Policy.

• All payments are processed through secure channels on the Platform.
• A 5% service fee is applied to every order and is non-refundable.
• Prices are listed in Malawian Kwacha (MWK) unless otherwise noted.
• Payouts to sellers are made after order confirmation and any applicable review period.
• fashionBello may adjust fees with advance notice; existing orders are not affected.

You agree not to:

• Sell or list illegal, counterfeit, or stolen items.
• Commit fraud, misrepresent products, or deceive other users.
• Abuse, threaten, or harass other users.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Platform.
• Use the Platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

• All content on the Platform (logos, text, design, code) is owned by fashionBello or its licensors.
• You may not copy, distribute, or reuse Platform content without written permission.
• Sellers retain ownership of their product photos and descriptions.

• Zonse zomwe zili pa Pulatifomu (ma logo, zolemba, kapangidwe, khodi) ndi za fashionBello kapena omwe adapatsidwa chilolezo.
• Simungalole kukopera, kugawa, kapena kugwiritsanso ntchito zomwe zili pa Pulatifomu popanda chilolezo cholembedwa.
• Ogulitsa amasunga ufulu wa zithunzi ndi mafotokozedwe awo.

• fashionBello does not manufacture, inspect, or guarantee any product listed by sellers.
• We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by sellers, shipping providers, or events beyond our control.
• Our total liability to you will never exceed the service fee you paid on the affected order.

• fashionBello siyipanga, siiyang'ana, kapena kutsimikizira zinthu zilizonse zomwe ogulitsa amalemba.
• Sitiyenera kutaya ndalama chifukwa cha kuchedwa, kutayika, kapena kuwonongeka kobwera kuchokera kwa ogulitsa, onyamula katundu, kapena zochitika zomwe sitingathe kuzilamulira.

• We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the Platform.
• Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi. Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Malawi.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in full force.
